Privacy policy

Effective September 21, 2026. This policy explains how Ionwell at ionwell.win handles information when you use its faucet, reward account and third-party earning services.

Who to contact

Ionwell is operated by the site owner. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact bocak.sk@gmail.com. Include your account email, but never send passwords or payment secrets.

Information we handle

• Google sign-in supplies your Google account identifier, email and display name. We use these to identify your Ionwell account, maintain your reward history and manage access. We do not receive your Google password or request Gmail, contacts or Drive access.
• Faucet claims store your submitted FaucetPay email or wallet destination, IP address, claim amount, timing, status and receipt information. Hashed account and network identifiers help enforce limits and prevent abuse.
• Reward records include a pseudonymous user identifier, provider transaction identifier, credited or reversed points, and timestamps. We also retain referral relationships, account status and administrative audit records.
• Cloudflare and third-party providers may process device, browser, network and request information when delivering their services.

How information is used and shared

We process information to provide sign-in and account features, record and verify rewards, handle support, prevent fraud and meet applicable obligations. Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may be necessary to provide the requested service, based on legitimate interests in security and administration, required by law, or based on consent.

Cloudflare hosts the site and database. Google handles sign-in. CPX Research and AdsWedMedia receive a pseudonymous Ionwell account identifier when you open their earning services; our launch links do not include your Google email or name. These providers collect information you supply directly, including survey responses, under their own policies. For point withdrawals, FaucetPay receives your destination, payout amount and IP address. Coinbase receives server-side exchange-rate requests without your account details. We retain withdrawal quotes, amounts, destinations, IP addresses, status and receipts to reconcile payments. Hourly faucet claims currently run in demo mode, separately from real point withdrawals.

Advertising and browser storage

Public pages load advertising from Monetag, Adsterra and Popunder.net. Their scripts may receive your IP address, browser/device details and page information, use cookies or similar storage, and show popunders or links to external sites. Advertising currently loads on public pages without an Ionwell consent-selection screen. This policy is a disclosure, not a substitute for any consent required by applicable law. Google sign-in data is not supplied by Ionwell to ad providers for advertising.

Ionwell uses session cookies for guest access, Google sign-in and login security, and browser session storage to remember the selected popunder provider. Login and guest cookies can last up to 30 days. You can clear or restrict browser storage; doing so may sign you out or remove access to guest history. Notification permissions can be revoked in browser site settings.

Retention and security

Expired login records, temporary sign-in states and rate-limit records are cleaned up automatically. Account, claim, referral, reward and audit records do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion schedule. We retain them to operate accounts, reconcile rewards and investigate abuse, and review deletion requests individually. We use encrypted transport, server-side access controls and protected secrets; no system can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion by email. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify account ownership and retain limited records where necessary for legal obligations or unresolved disputes. Removing Ionwell access in your Google account does not itself delete records already held by Ionwell.

International services and children

Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country. Applicable protections depend on the provider and processing involved. Ionwell is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as features or providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
