Terms of service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and permitted to use these services where you live. Use accurate account information and keep access to your Google account secure. Google sign-in connects your reward history across devices; guest faucet history is tied to its browser session.

Current reward features

The faucet currently operates in mock/demo mode: faucet claims do not send real cryptocurrency. Offer and survey points are separate records of verified provider completions. Eligible points can be withdrawn to a verified FaucetPay destination in DOGE when withdrawals are enabled and funding is available. The minimum is 5,000 points (US$5), with a site-wide limit of US$10 per UTC day. Outstanding requests count against this limit until resolved. Coinbase supplies a current DOGE-per-USD reference rate for a two-minute quote; the displayed DOGE amount is rounded down to eight decimal places and fixed when you confirm. Ionwell adds no withdrawal fee. Pending requests reserve points; paid requests spend them, and definitively rejected requests release them. Requests with uncertain outcomes remain reserved pending reconciliation.

The current reference valuation is 1,000 points = US$1. CPX and AdsWedMedia are configured to award 800 points per US$1 of eligible publisher revenue, representing an 80% user share and a 20% gross site share before costs. This does not guarantee offer availability, earnings or a redemption date. Review the displayed reward and provider requirements before starting each activity.

Verification and reversals

Only provider-confirmed eligible completions earn points. Starting an activity, clicking a normal advertisement or submitting an unverified completion does not earn a reward. Providers may reject or reverse completions for ineligibility, duplicate participation, cancellation, fraud or mistakes. Verified reversals may reduce your balance, including below zero. Contact us if a record appears incorrect.

Fair use

Do not use bots, falsified survey responses, multiple accounts to evade limits, manipulated callbacks, stolen identities or other attempts to obtain unearned rewards. Follow each offer's eligibility, device, location and completion rules. We may restrict accounts or pause claims while investigating abuse. You may contact us to ask for review.

Third-party services and ads

Google, FaucetPay, survey and offer providers, and advertising networks operate their own services under their own terms. Ionwell is independent and does not endorse every advertised product or guarantee advertiser content. Ads may open external windows or sites. Report inappropriate ads with the approximate time, destination and a screenshot if available.

Availability and changes

Rewards, limits, providers and service availability can change. We may pause features for maintenance, funding limits, security or provider outages. Material changes will be reflected on the site. No guaranteed income or investment return is offered.

Responsibility and disputes

Use the service with care and verify payment destinations before any future live payout. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or third-party performance. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first about an account or reward dispute so we can investigate.
